Magic V Fan Problem On V7

hello, i installed 2 magic V v5-v8 and 2 magic v 5k and both
the magic v 5k for the version 9 worked fine but the 2
magic V for the version 7 ps2 has a problem, the fan
doesnt work even though the modchip works correctly?
without the fan working, it overheats the ps2 causing
it to crash/freeze.
is there any way to fix this problem? or is there a problem with my installation?

Maybe have a blow FUSE or have cut the fan wires
