i installed a magic V 50k on my ps2 (it's a version 9). after a couple of tries i got it to work. it worked fine for a couple days but now it will load the games in the begining play fine for a bit then freeze or it would give me disc error from the begining. i think that the problem might be the dvd/cd controls in the back of the board cuz i don't think i did a great job in that part. i was wondering if some one could tell me if the dvd/cd controls in the back could cause such a problem or if it is something else causing my ps2 to act like that.

    thanks
