Magic V (50k) ground point

I'm a little confused about where the ground point is for the magic chip (i have a v9 50003).

The diagram i have, from chinamagic web site doesn't indicate where to run the ground wire to.....

also, I want to use the legs of the chip, rather than the VIAs on the underside of the PCB, so really, what I'm after is a complete diagram with alternate points maybe, etc, etc.....

PS....I have read all the messages & am still slightly confused!!(newb)

They do indicate ground - but either way - use the copper edge of the PCB if not sure.

Do these points also work for the Messiah chip as well.?

Yes! and for the BlueX-5, Smartchip and the DMS.

DMS just calls them different labels - but they are still the same points.
