Magic 50K v9 help please....

I had someone install a Magic 50K that I got from foundmy.com in my v9 PS2. It will boot up but I can't see anything on the screen. There are a few garbled images that are very small that I can see when I hit reset but that is it. Also, there is a very distinct buzzing on the sound.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Sounds like something didn't get plugged back in correctly when he put it back together. Bust it open all the way down to the board and check all connections, including the mod.

I'd just take it back to the person who installed it and let him do the work...

You might make it worse yourself and if you do, the installer might just say you broke it yourself.
