Magic 4 Boot Problem ?

HI , Need help

Chipped a old V1 USA PS2 with magic 4 NH6 , After installing chip and putting game in, the PS2 starts up , Then the PS2 logo shows , Disk spins up and go to Browser screen Saying PS2 Disk inside ?

clean laser lens and/or adjust cd/dvd pots

yup try cleaning the lasers. if it doesn't work maybe you're going to have to buy a new ps2.

I have already Adj the laser pots and cleaned it , But strange thing is it tells me DVD PLAYER NOT SET UP if i put i DVD Movie in ?

make sure that little 4 pin connector from the DVDROM drive is connected to the motherboard, in most cases I have seen, thats the cause of the PS2 logo showing up and then the browser coming up. Also make sure that you are in the right mode for what you are trying to boot.
