Magic 3 on Version4 Gap - Non via connections

I am planning to install a Magic Chip 3 on a NTSC Playstation 2 Version 4. I was wondering if anyone has alternative connection point for H, I, B, C, and especially W. The reason why I am asking is I do not want to solder on to a via.

W is not a via, ot on my board anyway

For the rest, follow the tracks from the vias to the pins.
