It's a clone, but they work the same. Put the ICE code on it and try installing it.
What's the ICE code? What do I do with it?
it's a clone... can't put the new ICE code on it because it doesn't have the flip flop, you can put older magic ICE on it.... only pre v9 though
reprogram it with vdavide17 code... they work fine from v3 to v7
How do I reprogram it? I'm new to mod chips, I've been exploiting for years tho.

i'm sure the chip will work about the same as the original magic 3/3.1 might be an older revision of the code, or the newest that got ripped....
You need to build your own programmer or buy one. I sell some. RS232 serial d-sub connector. $15 bucks and it's yours.
9|Maximus NandFlasher - $34or u could just wire up a flipflop to it and then use the latest ICE code (which supports more versions of the PS2 and offers auto booting of PS1 and DVD movies)...
