Are the fuse settings important when nburning these pic's?

osc type, wdt, mclr these are options presented when trying to program these pic chips.

Frankieboy broke it down already

(MCLR off)reset internally to VDD connect, internal RC oscillator, no copy protection, watchdog off

have u guys fully tested this chip.

as i have burned and installed 3 and none of them will allow me to switch the chip into psx mode to run movies and psx games


any help much appreciated
