Magic 3.1 does not currently support V8 consoles. 3 Choices.
1. DMS3 Modchip
2. Sell V8 for a V7 or lower
3. Wait for a newer release from the Magic team
In addition to this...I'm not sure if the M2 Pro will work on V8 or not....maybe worth looking into that as a possible solution.
All features like direct boot dvd-r?
Where are the supplier for these chips ???
DMS3's website claims to support V8. Since their chip is flash upgradeable via CD, I will assume this claim is valid![]()
A great seller, always on time, quick turnaround is www.consolecommunications.com. I believe they have the DMS3 for $80.00 US. Pretty pricy, but if it's the last chip you'll ever need, it's worth it. Personally, I like Magic 3.1, mostly for the cost![]()
consolecommunications is charging a high price for the DMS3. PM me in you wish to find a better deal.
