Magic 3.1 and games

dose any one here know some the so called games that dosnt boot with magic 3.1 i want to test them out on my magic 3.1 v7 so far ture crime and spliter cell works perfect and there 2x toc check games

there arent any games that just "dont boot" on a magic 3.1.

true crime doesnt have the same v7 issue that splinter cell and some other games have. that was just some bs started by people who didnt know what they were talking about. there's just always someone who cant get something to boot.


max payne, splintercell, starsky &hutch, and something else(dont remember what) were games that have issues with a v7. and it's not that they wont boot, it's just that they rsod at certain points(starsky & hutch would do it every once in a while after you saved, from what i've heard splinter cell does it before you save, stuff like that). there isn't more than a really small handfull. and none of them are games that you couldn't just play on the pc you're using to post here anyway. so you arent gonna be missing out on anything.

i asked the ? on filefourms but got smart remark from the mod so i figerd i can get more help they all talk about had bad the chi was and it wont play many games so i was just wondering what games did it so i will have to test some out by playing them its just a back system for me any how i got the chip and install all for free from gameplaya hes a great installer and i got a v9 with dms3 comeing from netmech monday so i figerd i could try a few games and proff them wrong and with my old apple it would not play splinter cell or true crimes and it was a v7 and heard from some peps that these games would not play with magic 3.1 eather

Swat has been tested NOT WORKING on magic 3.1 and thats the only game that Magic 3.1 cannot run....and i tried it and take my word for it...guranteed!...

I have had some issues with True Crime on my V7 i have had RSOD and several freezes. I have not had these issues on my V9 with magic V. I have not tried any of the other games listed.

o i will have to get SWAT then i dont have that game i have not played true crimes that much to see if it dose ROSD in the game

Wow ur luck ur v9 has not died yet i had a v9 with magic V in it i had less then 50 hours of play and it fired dead eeprom would not read disk or have vidoe and audio

i had that prob on a v7 w/ magic3.1 w/ Max Payne (not max payne 2)

Max Payne 1 and 2 works perfect in my Magic 3.1 machine....
