About LinkBacksI recently went on this web site that said they have the magic 3.1 for 29.99. I mean I have order xbox backs from them and they were all ways fine.. But this price just seem unbelieveable cheap

I understand that , but these are the new magic 3.1 not the original 3.0 that had the problems. Plus all sites are selling it for the cheapest 49.99

I explained that to them and I even sent them a pic of the new magic 3.1 and they said it is the same one that is in the pic and that they just never updated the pic

Magic 3.1 not worth it? I don't understand how you can say that, seeing as how you never got it when you pre-ordered it.
It is cheaper the the m2, and it works great if you install it correctly.

01-15-2003,01:22 AMNever tried a Magic 3.1, but tried several 3.0 in several PS2 - i can also confirm that the Magic3.0 is BIG shit.
And this has nothing to do with a correct installation.
If i want to spend my money on a chip, i want it to work, i dont want to buy anything that doenst work.
Did they never tested the Magic 3.0 before it came out ?
If you're asking me they did not, this is why the price is set low and this is also the reason why i never will buy a Magic again .......
+ i am taking the shit for the other installations - people are on my back .... not on Magic's back
