Could be a knock of of the CC for all we know too. I wouldnt put it past Max to fund his own group to create a clone of one of his biggest rival chips. Lots of people have come to the conclusion that he helps funnel alot of these MI clones on the market as they pose the great threat to his rival sister company, DMS.
Its also not beyond them to simply label lesser quality chips as actels. I do remember one other group doing this once. I wouldnt put it past them.
So who is gonna come out with the 420 chip that is shaped like a weed leaf? LOL!

must be a nightmare to roll those off the production line. dont they know its more cost effective to stick to square/rectangular shapes
