Looking for the Best Chip for V12

I bought a PS2 V12 for my boys and they are 6&7 years old and I need to back up all of those $$$ games and play them in the PS2 Modded.
There are a lot a ModChips for V12 witch one is better?
Some say...No soldering, Only 20 wires,you need to flash this and that.Use a knife,and a slide card, use tape, Swap this and then use that...And then you will have add this so your laser will not burn out.
So what do I need to install in my V12 so my boys will not have to go through all this to play a game...

My recommendation is a Crystal Chip. You do need to solder ~20 wires and you'll want to do the some0ne fix (4 more wires with 2 resistors).

Matrix is another great chip for V12. I've done at least a hundred of these now and they have all worked 100%...

i just done my 1st v12 install with a magic chip working fine no probs

was easy to fit aswell

also fitted the summone fix
