Hello all!
I recently removed my neo4 modchip in hopes that I could replace it with a new magic 3. Unfortunatly after taking it out and replacing the cut track on the front and back my ps2 behaves as a normal boot up but no video. My ps2 is a USA v3. I have gone over everything with a multimeter and it all checks out. I was wondering if anyone has some suggestions on where I could focus my efforts. Thanks for any time and help.

The ps2 version is a v3 usa
When I power on the red reset led comes on, no picture (normal)
After I press the reset it turns green and the eject turns blue, but still no picture.
Press the eject and the tray comes out, press eject again the tray goes in, still no picture(or sound)
Hope that helps.
Thanks for your time!

Check fuses. I had this problem and finally after checking the fuses like 3 times I found a blown one. On my v3 it was fuse PS5.

Check for short in mobo in location of points 1-33 of NEO4.
And recheck the fuses.
