Planning on installing LaunchELF on my MC. I have a Matrix Infinity. Just one question, if I set LaunchELF as BOOT.ELF does that mean whenever I turn on the PS2 it'll run BOOT.ELF (LaunchELF). And is there an option within LaunchELF where you can skip and go straight to get the game to boot.
Making LaunchELF your memory card boot.elf will only make it load if you set the boot mode to DEV1 or hold down the R1 button at boot up.
The configuration for this is accessable in the MI settings by holding circle and triangle at boot up.
So, basically in order for me to boot into LaunchELF I need to boot into the Configuration menu and declare to boot LaunchELF ????
Yes, the MI instructions say to boot DEV1 (memory card) you either hold R1 or set boot mode to DEV1 in the config menu. Same for DEV2 boot, hold L1 or set to DEV2 in config menu.
If you change the setting in the config though, it will stay in this mode until you change it back to auto or something else, even after a power down.
