As i posted in the news thread, i already have the confirmation of the shippment, and the tracking number, I can say that Lan-kwei is a very reliable company. the past week i ordered o couple of mods, at his time i place a large order. When the package arrives, i'll post again.
Same here. As I posted in another thread, I've just received email from Lan-Kwei with the tracking # for my XO-2 order, which was ordered on the day the website was changed. They're saying that Sony is roaming the streets, so shops are being careful now.
L...Lik...Lik-Sang GONE?! My god...were they selling heroin too?? I never though I'd live to see the day. I must have gotten 90% of my 'not very legal' stuff from them. For once I'm hoping that Lan-Kwei guy is lying...
Which day did the Lan-Kwei site actually go down? I put my order through the 'web form' on Saturday around 4pm [-6hr GMT]... I just hate trying to save a few bucks only to get scr3wed... I have a disfunctional 'GB Gamepack+64mb card' due to my need to save [and I COULD have gotten a Bung from the real site!].
I have 10 xo-2 here for sale, single order 60 US$ each. More than 2 piece 50 US$ each, more than 5 45 US$ each.
Just contact me!
apple modchips on the regular price on the page! -10 US$ discont for smaller orders for ps2newz members!
God, I hope that's not true, I have a pending RMA with them..

this is an email i just recieved from lan-kwei, read between the lines as you wish.
Maybe it has something to do with the goverment issues (banning Google, for example) which seems to be aimed to cut any external contacts....
Some newspapers here have news on that... It seems that is a hard time in China at this time, not only in gaming area....
I finally got an answer from LanKwei
I asked if they plan to keep selling their chips and I got this email:
Now what I don't know is what does 'offline' mean... Only from email or they only sells directly (at the shop) at this time?
we are still selling them offline.
Well, at least the production has not been stopped
Don't worry Loco. Lan-Kwei don't make the XO-2's anyway so there's nothing to worry about there

In regards to stores closing down, I don't think anyone is closing down for good, just delays atm.
I think that it is definatly in Lan-Kwei's best interest if Lik-Sang or any other retailer was to shut down so I'll wait for independant information before I deceide what's true or not.
hey h90 you said you got ten X0 chip for sale
I would like one of those.
and what is your warrenty for it?
didnt see it post on psxtune.com or you replied to my email
