I've got one of these Kouwell USB to Ethernet 588A and connect the PS2 to the net via my router.
However I can't seem to get the PS2 Online, infact the router nor link light (on the kouwell) come on...
Is it broke?

that would be because whatever it is you're tryin gto use(a game, a browser, whatever) in the ps2, needs to have a driver for that ethernet adapter.
problems like this are why people will say not to waste your money on some usb garbage and just get the real sony network adapter.(altho it doesnt hurt to try if you already have a usb adapter lyin around your house or something)
