Congrats! Kinda ugly, but hey, it works, right?
Noticed some of your solder points look rough. If you do this again in the future, try putting some flux on the wires and tinning them (touch the fluxed wire with the iron tip so that a little solder coats the tip of the wire).
Then put some flux on the solder points and touch the wire to the point. Then touch the iron tip to the wire and let the solder flow from the iron tip, to the wire, to the point (pad, resister, etc).
If you do that, you points will look much cleaner, smoother, and you shouldn't have globs of solder building up.
But like I said, if it works, you're golden!
