Just purchased a 90001... on to chipping.

Hi all, just purchased a 90001 slimline and I'm aware Free McBoot is not an option to me, I'm comfortable with going the modchip route as I've chipped plenty other consoles over the years. I'm just curious if the CM Pro+ 2.1 from modchip.ca is a legit chip for my console, or should I purchase something else?

Also, after it's chipped, would I have the option to stream through my network or no? as I'm hearing different things regarding USB HDD's

Any assistance is much appreciated. I'd prefer to not use something like SwampMagic, as I'd like to not rely on the life of my laser for this console. Though, if it's the best option though, so be it.

Update: Scratch that, seems I can still return it to best buy, just gonna go grab another one of Craigslist
