just modded a v5/v6 ps2 with DUO

i checked all the connection points
i plug in the power and turn the ps2 on and the tray just blasts out!
i quickly turned it off and tried checking my points
it all looked ok and i boot it up again but the tray still blasts out!!

this is freaky
please help if you know what is wrong

i modded 5 ps2 with DUO before and no problem!

and the drive started to make a high pitched noise.
