you can use a 100w iron but you have to be ultra quick with it stay to long and will be popping up like theres no tomorrow lol
it might if you have solder wick or a solder sucker in that matter
it does help (using the 30w iron) not 100w

Yeah I'm at the same stage as you Vulcan. Those 4 pins are a pain. Actually I'm having quite the problem with them, so I'll try to make a new post and ask for help. Maybe it'll help ya too.
