Japan V9/V10 Mod Chip

I am in Japan and am looking to get a new PS2. Probably a Pearl or Ceramicd White V9/V10. What chips are available to put in the Japaneese versions? Everywhere I look, I keep seeing USA and PAL versions of mod chips but nothing for Japaneese. What gives?
