    Fess up if you've seen this before...

    The install looks damn clean. Having said that, power the puppy up, and she loads the splash screen no probs. But, boots nothing... goes to the browser screen every time.

    To matters worse, neither the power or eject buttons now work... have to power down by the back button (this is after having used the front power button to start it up). And, no buttons on the controller work.

    I've checked all ribbons... all look pristine. And there's no apparent issues on the controller chip.

    S'up with that???

    does it work with chip disabled? or better said disconnect power and ground and try it.
