if vice city is dvd9 will it work with magic
if vice city is dvd9 will it work with magic –
since magic 2 won't always boot dvd9 media and vice city will probably be dvd9 will it work reliably
LOL Anyone who attempts to assure you it will can also send me the 6 winning numbers for next week's Lotto game...
Balto needs the 6 winning numbers.
If yours is a v5/v6, on the basis of my own observations, it should work reliably on normal boot method for PS2 game.
If not, then GS2/v2 will reliably boot a DVD9 game on the bais that it booted Xenosaga.
3, 21, 24, 34, 40, 42
Good luck Balto and if you win I want half
I'm assuming if it doesn't boot, you could just hook the power wires up to a switch and just disable the chip? Not many have Xenosaga atm, but if GTA:VC is DVD9... Good thing I have a new er 050 2c v7...
I never thought of it , but with 9 hours of radio, 8000+ different pedestrian comments & such a lush enviroment, it could be on DVD9. The good thing I can see coming from this scenerio is that we might see the first dvd9-to-2[or 3]-dvd-r's, although it might be up in the air as to who [which of the 2 'sister' groups] would release it...it would be a dvd, but still a rip...
so vice city is DVD9? Or your just suggesting. I see your analysis on why it should be DVD9, I agree, but just want to know if its for sure.
If it is domestic original, just use the PSX method of booting the game and it will boot reliably
you mean holding the reset button?
yes, cos that bypasses the modchip ps2 boot mechanism.
so in theory any direct boot solutions can boot original domestic dvd9 games. or any original domestic ps2 games that seems to be having problems with the modchip.
