I've just fitted a H2O chip in a v14 and can't get it to work. How do I know if this chip is for a v12 or v14??The supplier said it works on a v14.
Attached is a pic of the chip.

It is V14 compatible ( there is golden dot on ubicom chip ) If your installation is ok, then your chip is faulty.

Im trying to get a h2o with silver dot on it to work on a GH-040-02 I don't if i should call it a v14 or a v16...
