Here
Lol, it should boot in PSX mode without all that swapping you know.
Mike, That's On A US PS2 With A US Network Adaptor Disc, This Is On An ASIAN PS2 With A US Network Adaptor Disc!
God.....you know what's really funny about this?
Every one could just get a US Network adapter and boot either a CD-rip or DVD-R of Socom and setup your Network Adapter that way.
It has the Network Setup built into the Game.
LOL:crazy:
But anyway, what's the point of all that, I don't really see the part where it's a big deal for anybody...
Hey Da Brass ... I'm going to try out Socom in my jap stuff ... do you think it will work ? I had a good time yesterday goofing off online in THS3.... With a jap system and DVD-R copy ... hehehe
ATV2 Requires the setup...
Frequency Online (On The Disc) Requires The Setup...
And It Would Be Easier For Some Other Games...
Yeah...it'll work. I've been playing SOCOM online for ages....except for all those damn cheaters....but yeah..should be no problem.Quote:

the problem is booting a backups of the Network Adaptor Disc. My original works fine on my modded unit.
guys how are the Jap and Asian modded sets going online?
there is something I would like to ask: does Sony Entertainment of America actually scan your PS2 sets/bios for modification or alternate region coding?
If they do not, am I right to say that the current modchips' offering for switching off your modchip acts as a precaution for future possible scanning? If this is the case, in reality right now the ability to switch off your modchip actually does nothing right?
