I have read dozens of posts, and I am still confused as to how I can play PS2 backups. All I want to do is play PS2 backups, no HD stuff, just play games.
I was just about to order a DUO2 SE, when I read about swap disks, and other stuff. But nobody goes into detail about this.
I know this has been asked 10000 times, but please help me out.
Tell me about a few different types of mod chips. Are they good, can they play all PS2 games? are they easy to use? I read something about selecting media type, what is that about?
What about some good places to order from? is mod-chip.com ok?
Please and Thankyou!

Duo 2 SE is perfect for you.
Get it from 9homersimpson9. He sells em for like $18 shipped. Should take a week for you to get it.

The swap disks work ok, but it gets very annoying. By the time you buy the swap disks and a flip top cover, you pretty much could have bought a Duo2SE and had it installed. I would recommend the Duo2SE chip.

With a Duo SE, you never have to swap anything, game backups play just like an original, that's pretty much it. I have a chip like that, and all I use it for are playing games - I don't do any HDD stuff, no MC exploits, no online, no nuffin, just games. So get the Duo SE, get it installed from a pro (loy is really good, check the Vendor area), and you should be playing backups just like it's an original game.
