How are the Slide Cards?

I was thinking about getting a Slide Card because they seem pretty reliable and is good for the money. If anyone has one please tell me how good or bad they are. Thanks

They are garbage. Simple as that. Especially when you can get an apple pro for only $20.

But im not all tha technically sound and I don't want the risk of my PS2 breaking. Our there any other easier solutions?

What version ps2 ps2 do you have? If it is older than a v7 I would just get a no solder mod. Or just get somebody to install a solder mod for ya.

I have a V7. I don't know anybody who know's how to install mod-chips and I don't want to send my PS2 in the mail to get chipped because that would cost to much money.

There are lots of people here who install mods. Where are you located? There might be someone local.

Besides, the slide card doesn't work with v7s or newer.

Yea no one in CT. Looks like im just going to forget about this whole Mod thing. Well thanks anyways.
