hey, ***********. I ordered a magic 5kx+ from your site, but why didnt you include the 22 awg wires too?? And i am also one wire short for installing my chip![]()
We sent you over 18 feet of wire, when you cut the wires down you will have more then enough wires , you should never use the wires at full length!!!!!!Originally Posted by easy123
No need for 22 awg wires we have never used them on any installs and you dont need to I assure you of that. Also sdo not reply here this forum is not for tech support or questions from us USE THE WEBSITE please.

18 Feet??? That's enough for 4/5 consoles.
I also use only use 30 guage for my installs... other than the DeEmEs chips, never a problem. Probably still good policy to go thicker on the POWER/GRND, but certainly not mandatory.
I agree, regarding the wire. 30 is all i ever used for PSX. And probably would have on PS2 but after reading around i saw many people recommending increasing the size of the ground to solve black screen problems (one chip in particular)
Yeah but don't forget if you really want to use a higher guage just double up your wires. : ) easy
do doubling up kynar wire will be ok fo 3.3V point on a ps2?Originally Posted by ***********
excellent, i didnt relalise you could do this.
