Hey, I have an NTSCJ slim pstwo SCPH-70006 FE4325354.
Ive searched and cant find how to identify which board I have. There are a lot of numbers on the board, do you work it out from these?
I have a super 7 modchip with a diode fix which I intend to take out and swap for a comsoft slimfix. Im new to the whole laser burnout problem and although there seems to be a lot of technical info here I cant find out whether all pstwos need the fix or not.
Any information would be great. Sorry if this is old ground.

If it's the pstwo then it's a v12 or v13. Use v12 diagram for that chip.

so even if my pstwo is working ok is it still best to install a fix just in case. My pstwo has crashed twice, once whilst loading and once whilst in game, The power button did not respond and I had to pull the lead out of the back. Its still fine but if this happens more could my laser die?
Thankyou. Oh and whats the best thing to cut the track on the pcb, A knife I would guess but even my scalple seems too big!
