I was browsing a shop and here is what I a chip named magic 4. Is it true or fake ? Never heard about it...

The Magic 4 chip is a clone and is not made by the original Magic chip crew.
Dont make it from china-magik.

That figures. HK Toys is notorius for cloning chips and calling them Messiah 3, Blue Messiah, Magic 3 (When the magic 2 was out) and now the Magic 4. These guys make me very nervous... I dont trust shit from people that 'release' shit with the name but its just rehashed code on a different chipset.

the blue messiah actually was a chip, the blue chip. It was a messiah 1 for ntsc systems, released before magic.

my supplier , quite close to the magic team , can provide me some Magic4 , no clone , from the magic team ...
it's only a Magic3.1 with V8 support , nothing more ...
