homebrew modchip

can anyone help me, i know that there was a tread to make a modchip from a flashrom ,flashable from a pc motherboard, but i cant seem to find it

i made my own modchip for my xbox but ,i want to do the same for my ps2 but i cant seem to find it

there are none that are flashable through the pc motherboard. u can buy a fully programmer and prog your own magic
