Help on V7 Magic 3 install

just fitted magic 3.0 in PAL V7 it is playing all cd`s except PS2 backups, (backups tested on another V7 machine ok) switches out of modes ok eg ps1 back to ps2 but just goes to red screen insert psx disc etc, any ideas guys,checked all points with meter no bridges etc??? i used 30 swg kaynar on all points except on +5v and Ground i used HD ide cables! all the wires are short

Maybe have mixed up points B,C
