Hi! I just modded a v12 ps2 with Matrix Infinity fw 1.39 and also add 1N4148 diodes and 12c508 fixes. It work just fine in the beginning. But after like 10 - 15 mins game play it just automatic turn off with not red light. Then I unplug the power supply for like 5 mins and reconnect it again. Now red light on and I can turn it on and play game just fine. But same thing happened after 10 - 15 mins. The ps2 automatic turn off again. So I just wondering is that overheat problem? or does the 12c508 really work at that time to protect the ps2? Please give me some idea because I want to make sure what problem before I remove the matrix. Sorry for my bad english. Thanks so much.

Problem solve! The problem is overheat. I did reconnect the fan after moding. But I notice somehow the fan only spinning in the beginning and not during game play. Then I notice I did not solder well on scex point. So I use alternative scex and now all problem were gone.
