Help! Quick Magic 3 Question.

Hey.

Just got my Magic 3.1....
I noticed pins 3 and 4 are shorted together on the black (bios?) chip... Is this normal?

I need to know before I do any work with it.

I've seen this question on several occasions, and i have also seen it on my chip. So , i guess its normal.

it's ok they need to be shorted

this is normal modchip it's always was shorted
