Help with PS2 Problem!

Hey everyone, Im asking the pros on the modchipping and stuff of the ps2...

I just got my ps2 back since long ago, with a neo4.1 installed... And when I turn it on, as normal, the reset button turns red, I press the reset button and it turns green, but the eject button is off, the fan turns on, and the screen glitches like normal, but nothing shows up on the screen, the ps2 just stays on with the reset button green and eject button off. If I tilt around my ps2 and press the eject button a lot, it turns on to blue but when I press it, as normal, it flashes to eject the tray, but never ejects.

Help please..........

What can be wrong?

Seems like your 38 and 39 points are screwed up or there's a short between them. Get it checked out by a pro.

meaning you send it out to get it moded ?? .. if that's the case .. ship it back to the installer !!..

Relayer... he is seeing a "black screen" it has noting to do with 38 and 39 .

the install is bad.
