HELP PLEASE!! Smartchip Diagram needed

I have a smartchip for a PS2 Version 1 with a GH-005 motherboard. All of the install diagrams that I have found are for a GH-004. There are alot of differences. Does anyone have an install diagram for a GH-005 or know where to get one. I would even settle for a pic of your motherboard with the chip installed (version 1 GH-005).

I have seen that one and it does say GH-006 but it is actually a GH-004. I think the only part that is GH-006 is the little pic where the ground attaches.

Hmm, I don't think you'd really have luck finding the diagrams unless you ask someone with an install for an install pic.

I would love a pic of an install of smartchip on a ver 1 with GH-005 board. I will have to try and change my thread name.

When you edit posts, you can only edit the title of the post, not the thread title. Your best bet is to repost the thread or e-mail the SmartChip creators, if possible.

2 questions:

1)Do you know where point "Y" is on the board? I can't find it.

2)Can the the two pieces of the motherboard be taken apart? Do they have to be taken apart?
