HELP! Need to get the value of the destroyed resistor from a V12

I uploaded an image previously, but the wrong resistor was pointed out. Please have a look at this resistor and measure it's value so I could buy a replacement part as it is urgent. A quick reply is very appreciated.

It's a 163 resistor. 16,000 ohm or 16k ohm.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong....

Yip - a 163 would be 16k resistor.
