Help installing a magic 3.1 chip, into a V2 NTSC PS2

Is there any pro installers here in the US
I dont want do de solder 4 pins just to get to the "S" point, can i skip it, also how do i solder the bios chip points they are so small and the 30 gauge wire seems alot bigger than 2 of those points put together

Go to foundmy.com and look at Terry's diagram in device area. I believe he has an alternate SCEX point.
