help , identifiy this v12 pcb fix

Help please ps2 Pcb fix ,the board i have is a mix of these two types of board (please see attached piccy) , but i don't have a fitting diagram , can anyone help with a diagram or a link please.

top is mfd board or aka diode fix and the bottom is the van durren fix

hi sorry i was not very clear , the board i have seems to be a combination of these two boards together.

i'm still stuck trying to find out the make of the board.

it's a combination of the diode fix plus the matrix pic fix
