Help with DMS3 2.0 on Version 7 Board

Hi,

I've been having problems with the DMS3 chip on UC Version 7 boards. There is no picture once the chip is installed. When I removed the chip,however, the Sony browser screen gets restored. I've tried this chip on other boards without any difficulty.Is there anything that I could have missed out? I have been following the diagrams on the DMS3 website. Thanks for any response!

resuming, use wires to ground and 3,3v really short and never cross D and E points....
