i got V5 with messiah 2 v1.30, everything work fine, but only when i put PAL game in it, the TV don't look right, i follow the official www.messiah.com PDF about solding "Colour Fix Point" to the "3.3v", after i done that, The rest botton on ps2 won't work anymore, and can't boot any copy game, only boot ps2 originals game. please tell me what happen, and what should i do.. thank you

PAL games play at 50hz do you have a compatible TV? Ntsc runs at 60hz You may have to patch the game or get the 50hz compatible TV. As far as the reset button check the reset/eject ribbion cable make sure there are no holes or bent up to much near the end. And if backups don't work but originals do Check your wiring again. The fix you discribe makes sure PS1 games play in color and NOT in B/W

i read a lot people's about how to sold the colours fix point, but i try those method, all not work. for the reset button problem is not cable problem, cuz once i unplug the "colours fix point" to "3.3v" point, it works... what i want to know is who got v5 with messiah 2 modchip complete work pictures.. thank you first..

desktopwind is your ps2 a pal or ntsc . Next the color fix. PAL wires go from 3.3v to ground. NTSC goes from 3.3v to via ( look at diagram ). LOD you made a mistake, the color fix point fixes the graphics of ps1 games not the color. Recheck your wires desktopwind. Take a pic if u can.

yeah..my ps2 is NTSC, i wire from 3.3v to via as it said on messiah offical v5/v6 PDF. so, where i did wrong?

The most simple solution is to leave the jumper off It only effects PS1 games.
