help!

i was soldering wires onto my magic 3 modchip and when i was soldering a wire onto the pad where that tiny white chip is, it fell out. If i solder that chip back to where it was, will my chip still work?

I've already saoldered it back to how it was before.

It's the RST pad where that really small white chip is on the magic 3.

that lil white thing is either a capacitor or a resistor not a lil chip lol
make sure its on proberly i want to know why it come off in the first place the pad is about 10 mm away from the lil surface mount

it will work as long as its not melted or damaged
