Hey, i came across the straw and paper method: http://www.geocities.com/scorcci/tut...easy_mode.html
i plugged the disc brake and the front sensor but i cant seem to get the micro switch under the left hinge joint of the cover. Can someone help me find it withour opening it?

OMG there paper and tiolet paper involved in this mod LoL.

Well have you thought about installing a proper mod in you pstwo instead of this mod,or even opening the pstwo and just taping the switch closed,becouse this method of modding your pstwo isnt safe it means that the lid needs to be open permenently and that dust ect will settle on the extreemly sensitive pstwo laser.

but if ur playing a game wont the cd cover the lense? and u can close it after ur done. just remove the shit And is ther any other mods? I got the swap disc but no mod

The CD will cover the lens but when it is turning at a high speed it will genarete some wind moving dust around.

lol, just get one of those aftermarket ps2 chell's/cases, they dont have disc brakes
