HDD Utility Disc (FFXI Beta) + Any 40GB Drive?

any one know if you can use the HDD Utility Disc that comes with the FFXI beta, and use it on any 40GB HDD and work?

No, you can't. Not without some "tweaking", anyway. The official hdds have extra commands that the ps2 hdd drivers call. If the commands aren't there, the drivers fail to load.
