just checked it with a meter and it is fine
No eject –
check all board fuses and also as it was a clip chip, it would be a good idea to get a hot soldering iron and pressdown on each leg of the bios chip, as pulling on and off the clip chip may have caused one of the bios legs to become loose
The chip looks good. I used a magnifine glass and a meter and all contacts are good.
There has to be a simple reason for this.
You checked all onboard fuses? And you have the mod completely removed? Even though the p11 fuse is good, the BA chip could still be blown. Check pin 8 and see if it's grounded. With the board positioned so the BA chip is in the lower right hand corner, start counting pins up from the lower right of the BA chip (I'm not looking at a board, hope I'm explaining this right). in 8 should be one up from the large ground point in the middle. If it's grounded, generally your BA chip is shot (although that fuse should be blown).
