h2o no video

hi there trying to fix a v12 some one tryed to mod he has lifted the pad on the z wire any way of fixing this and should the capacitor next to it be conected to that pad .the h2o mod has been removed but geting no video the disk spins laser moves up and down has normal .can,t even get to the browser any help would be appreciated thanks.

if the mechanics work - then its a bios problem. check for shorts and torn pads on the bios points.

also check fuses

thanks summone so the z conection shouldent make any diffrent to the video thanks.
