H20 questions

I'm thinking of getting the H20 mod chip for my v3 PAL aus (even though is says 'made in japan') PS2. Will I be able to play NTSC games in full colour on my PAL/NTSC TV without the need of an RGB cable?? In the diagram for the H20+, it says to join the bottom right pads together. Do you have to do this to the H20?? Is there anything else I should know/do before I install it?? Thanks in advance,

There shouldn't be any problems. Good luck with the install. (sorry im not sure about the ntsc question(
