H20 or Infinity homebrew??? help please!

Ok its like this i've got both chips in front of me, i was going to install the h20(v12 fix version) in my v12.pstwo and the infinity was for someone else ... they have now backed out though, so i wouldn't mind the infinity going into my ps2 instead of the h20...but heres the catch...

i didnt order a v12 friendly version of `the infinity

,and the h20's fix is of course onboard... is it possible to install both at all?

the h20 purely for the fix, the infinity as 'the chip; if not then can someone tell me what i'd be losing out on going for the h20 instead of the infinity...

You don`t need both chips, Install the infinity and just do summ0nes resistor fix in your V12. Use the H20 for another friends PS2, its a good chip also!

Infinity should work fine in the V12 as long as it's not really old. What colour is the dot on the chip?

If you just installed the H2O you'd lose DVD region free and the video output settings (pal/ntsc). I think those are the only differences.

THe H2O is not easily upgradeable also.
