H for matrix infintiny on V7

I accidently use USA v7 diagram on my Japan v7.
The only different I see is "H". So far my PS2 work fine, should I bother to open it again and solder the "H" ?

Yea you should because H is required on Japan consoles.

if h is not connected backsup or homebrews will not boot
